Rotary Club of Cessnock – Proudly Supporting the Environment

At the Rotary Club of Cessnock, we’re proud to play a small but meaningful role in caring for our local environment. As part of our club’s commitment to sustainability, members regularly take part in roadside clean-ups on Maitland Road and Quorrobolong Road.

These two stretches are our adopted responsibility, and our volunteers work hard to keep them clean and free of litter. Armed with gloves, rubbish bags and high-vis vests, we head out regularly to remove waste and help maintain the natural beauty of our region.

It's all part of Rotary’s ethos of service above self, and a great way to give back to the community we call home
